Screenroom collects no personal data, runs no analytics, and has no backend server. Your sources, library, and watch history never leave your devices.
Screenroom is a media player for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. It contains no channels, movies, or playlists. You connect sources you already have access to — an Xtream Codes subscription, an M3U playlist URL, or a direct stream address. The app plays them.

Everything the app stores lives in your app container or iCloud account:
Sources, watch progress, My List, and settings sync across your own Apple devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data is associated with your personal Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access it.
Screenroom can optionally fetch richer artwork and descriptions from the TMDB API if you enter a free API key in Settings. This is entirely optional. When enabled, movie and series title lookups are sent to TMDB's servers — no personal data is included. TMDB's privacy policy applies to those requests.
The app also uses Apple's iTunes Search API (keyless, public endpoint) for artwork fallback. Only the title of content being looked up is included in the request.
Media goes directly from your source's servers to the player on your device. Screenroom never proxies, caches, re-hosts, records, or redistributes streams.
Screenroom is rated 12+ on the App Store. The app itself contains no content — it plays whatever is in the user-supplied source. Parents should be aware that IPTV sources may include channels or films unsuitable for children. Multiple profiles allow per-person watch history separation.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above. Screenroom has no mechanism to push notifications about policy changes; check this page if you have questions.
